Norman Johnson, MD, FACP, ABAM, CCHP
Dr. Johnson, founder and Chairman of the Board of Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc., has over 40 years of experience in direct healthcare management. His background includes the establishment of a large medical group consisting of nine primary care physicians and eight subspecialties. Dr. Johnson is board certified in internal medicine, certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM), and a member of the Society of Correctional Physicians. In November 2016, Dr. Johnson was recognized by the American College of Physicians as a Fellow. Fellowship in the American College of Physicians is a high honor, showing distinction from colleagues who recognize your accomplishments over and above the practice of medicine. Dr. Johnson possesses extensive experience in the correctional healthcare environment, including facility analysis, program development, professional staffing, and contract negotiation. He is involved and provides educational programs for national, state, and county associations.
Angela Moriarity, PhD, SHRM-SCP, CCHP
Angela Moriarity, PhD, President of MOLE Theory, LLC, has almost two decades of experience in human resources with an emphasis on employee issues, coaching, and leadership development. She has conducted large scale organizational changes, including improving corporate culture, creating new interview processes to hire the right people, and taking on non-compliant processes to reestablish compliance on all levels. Dr. Moriarity is a life-long learner. She holds a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources where she completed a nation-wide study on organizational commitment and turnover intent. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Dr. Moriarity is senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a certified correctional health professional (CCHP) by the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare. She has sat on a variety of community boards to include a local PBS subsidiary and historic cemetery. Dr. Moriarity has been awarded HRO Today’s 2017 Chief Human Resource Officer of the Year Leader of Distinction award, Peoria Chamber of Commerce’s 2018 ATHENA Young Professional Award for Women in Leadership, and was a recipient of iBi Magazine’s 2019 40 Leaders Under 40 award. In 2020, she was honored with the 25 Women in Leadership Award by the Peoria Chamber of Commerce & WEEK 25.
